Bureaus House and Home

Bureaus
112/3461 December 6, 2003

We inherited my folks' set of dressers, including two nightstands, the long dresser with the mirror, and the tall dresser. Quality like that is hard to find these days and expensive when you find it.

The New Bedroom House and Home

The New Bedroom
112/3460 December 6, 2003

Our new bedroom. The green and grey color scheme turned out more masculine than I had planned, but that can be softened up with accessories.

New Carpet

Basket Case Family :: Kids

Basket Case
108/3339 November 27, 2003

Nana and Pa keep a basket of toys on hand for when the kids come to visit. Sometimes, however, the kids prefer the basket to the toys. Js was having a blast being pulled around in the basket by his cousins.

Nice Hat!
104/3195 November 22, 2003

Because Js loved Mr. Rhino so much, I simply had to get him this safari-style hat that said "Rhino!" and had pictures of a couple of Rhinos on it.

Swinging Family :: Kids

Swinging
103/3172 November 20, 2003

There's nothing like a swing. Js would swing for hours -- literally. In fact, he has. In one sense, however, that's a good thing -- it's bloody hard to get a good picture of a kid on a swing.

Sleeping with the Rhino
102/3144 November 2, 2003

For quite a while, Mr. Rhino was Js' constant companion. We didn't dare take a trip without him unless we wanted to stay up all night. In this instance, Js obviously had Mr. Rhino on the brain.

Old School Miscellaneous

Old School
095/2921 October 14, 2003

When I was in high school, this corner store provided a lot of the students -- myself included -- with the supplies needed to make it through the day. Like milk and Hostess cupcakes.
