| Rachel dressed as a firefighter for holloween; Js was a bear cub. Yes, there are valid concerns about a public school endorsing what is basically a religous holiday, and I have voiced them, but they continue nonetheless. I would rather see a "career dress-up day" where kids explore -- and role-play -- a career they are considering, rather than having them dress as the latest ghoulish incarnation of evil to hit the big screen. But that's just me, and nobody ever listens to me anyway. |
