This is a robotic arm that was being evaluated for use in dispensing prescriptions. Unfortunately, although it looked pretty darn cool, it never really worked well or as fast as the model already in use.

Chicken skewers grilling up as an appetizer in Calistoga. Every year, my in-laws have all their kids and their kids' families take a vacation together in Calistoga. That's currently six families with (currently) nine grandkids ranging in age from a year old up to high school age. The men take turns cooking dinner one night each and there's always plenty of great food and wine.
