Introduction My life is, to me, ripe with frequent challenges, occasional successes, spontaneous laughter, adequate tears, and enough *life* to last me a lifetime. To you, however, it surely seems most pedestrian. And therefore, I recycle the name I used previously and call this my Notebooks of Daily Life. Daily, because it's everyday in nature, ordinary. These conglomeration of events that are my life are of interest to me because I live it, perhaps mildly so to those who are touched by it, and could only be of perverse, morbid curiosity to anyone else. Yet, I offer them here nonetheless. Make of them what you will, and perhaps you can learn from my mistakes. Sinasohn.Net

Thursday, November 18, 2004 You know you're doing something very worthwhile when someone who can't even remember where they live remembers your son who comes to visit.
Jason Clark came up with the blogging challenge for November: To thank those open source software projects, websites, or online journals that have made a difference in your life. This is especially appropriate for this month with Thanksgiving coming (altogether too soon!). I've got a whole lot of thanks saved up, so without further ado, I'll get started. My first thank you goes out to a website that has saved me a fair bit of money over the years: TechBargains. (Yes, I know it's actually a business and all, but still, it's saved me a lot.)
